The successful candidate will serve as a project management leader: working directly with watershed and water resource clients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development efforts across Alberta and Western Canada.Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute projects in the areas of Watershed Management,
Water Resources Strategy and Integrated Planning.- Regularly engage with clients on all project matters for the full project life cycle.- Responsible for project controls and internal systems.- Plan workshops and lead facilitated meetings and group conversations.- Lead project teams of junior and / or technical resources.- Prioritize and delegate assignments.- Engage in client development and management supported by local officesRequired Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
