Position OverviewReporting to the Shift Supervisor, the successful candidates’ primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Crusher operationDe-watering processesTailings management roundsAll other duties related to mill operation and as assigned by the supervisorQualificationsHave the ability to work rotational shifts as required to meet the business needsBe physically fit, with the potential need to complete a Physical Demands AnalysisBe comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and performing physically demanding tasks such as handling heavy material and climbing ladders/stairsHave successfully completed, or recently passed CAAT/DAT testingPossess a valid G driver’s licence or equivalentSchedule2/3/3/2 rotating between days and nights (Kidd Operations reserves the right to modify working schedules as necessary,



in accordance with applicable notice requirements and labor regulations).Compensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive wage and bonus plan complemented by a comprehensive range of benefits.Wage will vary depending on experience, education and certification.
