What they are looking for is someone who has been employed as a Maintenance Manager in a fast paced manufacturing setting.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or Skilled Trade CofQ with equivalent experience5+ years proven maintenance/facility management experience in manufacturing (preferably automotive)Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, HVAC, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics and pneumaticsProficient with CMMS and maintenance/facility management softwareIn-depth understanding of safety regulations, environmental standards and complianceResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive maintenance and facility management strategyLead, coach and manage maintenance technicians, facility staff and contractorsPlan and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and support productionImplement and maintain preventative maintenance programs and CMMS recordsManage maintenance budget,
