SAP EHS Lead Consultant Role Name: SAP EHS Lead Consultant Work Site: Toronto, ON Hybrid Start Date: Immediate Availability Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP EHS Lead Consultant to lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP Workplace, Health & Safety (EHS) solutions as part of a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation .

The consultant will provide functional leadership across the project lifecycle, working closely with Safety, Operations, Asset Management, Compliance, business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams to define requirements, recommend SAP best practices, and ensure successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities Lead SAP EHS solution design, implementation, integration, and support.

Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and drive business process optimization.

Gather and translate business requirements into scalable SAP EHS solutions.

Provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Support data migration, testing, deployment, cutover, and change management activities.

Collaborate with Safety, Operations, Asset Management, Compliance, and technical teams.

Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices and business requirements. SAP EHS Functional Expertise Strong experience with: Incident & Near-Miss Reporting Risk Assessments & Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) Audit & Inspection Management Regulatory Compliance Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)



Environmental Management Permit-to-Work Processes Work Clearance Management (WCM) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Integration & Technology SAP S/4HANA SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance SAP Fiori SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) SAP EHS integrations with enterprise systems and business processes Required Qualifications 10 15+ years of SAP EHS experience.

Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP EHS implementations .

Proven experience with greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations .

Strong hands-on experience in SAP EHS solution design and implementation.

Experience with SAP EHS integration with S/4HANA, EAM/Plant Maintenance, Fiori, and BTP .

Experience supporting data migration, testing, deployment, and change management.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.

Mandatory Utilities Industry Experience Utilities experience is mandatory , with strong knowledge of: Electrical safety Substation and distribution operations Contractor safety Confined space entry Work permits Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Transformer oil handling Environmental compliance Utility safety regulations Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a senior SAP EHS professional with deep Utilities industry experience and a proven track record of leading greenfield SAP S/4HANA EHS implementations .

The candidate should be comfortable leading workshops, working with business and technical stakeholders, and driving SAP EHS solutions from design through deployment.
