The company is investing in modernizing its data and reporting capabilities, transitioning from legacy reporting tools to standardized dashboards and analytics that empower senior leadership to make faster, more informed decisions.How You’ll Impact the Organization:The Data Analyst will be a key driver of enterprise reporting and analytics across all three companies. This role bridges Oracle data systems and business leaders, turning raw data into actionable insights. A central responsibility is the migration of Crystal Reports to Power BI, ensuring dashboards and reports are consistent, accurate, and executive-ready.You will provide critical support to senior leadership across finance, operations, sales, and production, helping them see trends, identify risks, and make confident decisions. This role will also evolve over time to support future ERP or system transitions, contributing to the organization’s broader data strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesOracle & Data OwnershipServe as the primary Oracle reporting analyst across multiple companiesWrite, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for operational, financial, and executive reportingEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboardsReporting & BI ModernizationLead migration from Crystal Reports to Power BI, establishing a standardized platformBuild and maintain dashboards for inventory,
