Manager Franchise PerformanceTerritory: Downtown TorontoReporting to the Director, Franchise Performance (DFP), the Manager Franchise Performance (MFP) oversees operations and growth of multiple franchise locations within a specified territory. The MFP manages franchisee relationships, communicates strategy, and partners with franchisees to drive restaurant performance and profitability across the portfolio, ensuring compliance with brand standards and key performance indicators.ResponsibilitiesDrive PerformanceFoster positive relationships with franchisees, serving as a business consultant and advisor in operations, finances, and business execution.Conduct regular business and operational assessments to uncover growth potential and opportunities.Review restaurant operating reports and audits, collaborate with franchisees to determine appropriate solutions.Assess restaurant performance against policies and procedures, analyze sales and cost data, and provide tailored guidance for improvement.Drive accountability with franchisees to achieve specific restaurant and territory objectives based on KPIs.Provide operational and food safety guidance during monthly visits, ensuring consistency with brand policies.Building RelationshipsGuide franchisees on operations, recent product implementation, openings, and ownership transfers to drive sales growth.Coach, counsel, influence, and motivate franchisees on a portfolio level,
building productive relationships across multiple communication channels.Encourage employee engagement and guest experience improvements to increase traffic and reduce turnover.DevelopmentAssist the DFP and cross-functional teams with new restaurant development, ownership transfers, and remodels within the territory.Provide information on existing owners’ expansion potential and support transitions between franchisees.Attend industry events to stay informed on trends.Self-DevelopmentParticipate in designated training programs and scheduled sessions to enhance knowledge and obtain buy-in from franchisees.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in multi-unit management.Certificate programs in Franchise Management, Food Safety, Hospitality, or related areas are a plus.5+ years of franchise management experience with a track record of driving growth and profitability.3+ years of restaurant experience preferred.Strong goal-setting and task-management skills.High quality, integrity, and problem-solving abilities.Effective independent and team communication with stakeholders.Proficient in financial analysis, data interpretation and Microsoft Office, SmartSheets, and FranConnect.Willingness to travel regionally, evenings and weekends.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.What do we Offer?Insurance PlansRSPCompetitive BonusMobility AllowanceTuition ReimbursementCompany HolidaysEmployee Resource GroupsVolunteering timeMany More...Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, qualifications, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
