Successful candidates will undergo training and then apply skills in real scenarios with 45 hours of plowing under supervision. Availability for fluctuating hours and the Winter Wage Guarantee is required for sustained income.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and maintain snow removal equipment effectively
• Conduct pre-and-post trip inspections on machinery
• Fill out daily logs for operational accuracy
• Assist in traffic control and road repairs as needed
• Adapt to changing weather and field conditions
Requirements:
• Two years of relevant experience or equivalent education
• Class III license with air brake certification
• Ability to read and write effectively
• Training in truck driving is an asset
• Self-motivated with robust customer service skills
