This role is targeted at experienced candidates who have a solid background in procurement with no less than six years in supply chain management. The Supply Chain Leader will oversee all facets of sourcing and supplier relationships while ensuring the availability and timely delivery of materials that meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the procurement and planning team
• Manage purchasing and vendor performance oversight
• Execute sourcing negotiations and cost-saving measures
• Cultivate supplier relationships while managing risk
• Align with Operations, Sales, and Demand Planning functions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields
• 6+ years of procurement/supply chain experience
• 4+ years in leadership roles
• Experience in CPG is advantageous
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional communication skills
