Canaccord Genuity is seeking an Associate for their Canadian operations to support their Securities Services team. Candidates will leverage their administrative and client interaction skills while ensuring accurate processing of securities and fulfilling various tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform messenger duties for securities and cheque handling
• Manage the Securities counter operations and interactions
• Sort and process incoming trade confirmations and statements
• Re-register physical securities and GICs accurately
• Provide coverage and assist team members as needed
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years in administrative or data processing roles
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Familiarity with securities industry practices preferred
