As a support worker, your responsibilities include assisting clients in day-to-day activities, preparing meals, and offering emotional support. This role requires robust communication and organizational skills to effectively administer care plans and medication. Ideal candidates are compassionate and ready to advocate for clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support personal care and hygiene needs
• Assist with engaging in community activities
• Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
• Monitor medication administration and health changes
• Engage families in care plan discussions

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills required
• Compassionate nature and patience essential
• Strong documentation and organizational abilities
• Recent Criminal Record Check needed
• Class 5 license may be advantageous
