This leadership position involves managing a specialized neighborhood dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Memory Living neighborhood with care and standards
• Establish trust with residents and families




• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Support team collaboration and positive work culture
• Organize family conferences and educational sessions

Requirements:
• At least two years working in dementia care
• Minimum two years’ experience in management
• Current nursing license or relevant degree
• Training in dementia care preferred
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
