Our client is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant to support a complex Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) environment within an investment-management organization.
This is a technical Salesforce role , rather than a traditional business analyst position. The successful candidate will have solid hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, development and technical solution delivery, with particular emphasis on Financial Services Cloud .
The organization is also undertaking a Salesforce Hyperforce migration , providing an opportunity to work within a major enterprise Salesforce transformation.
Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on technical expertise across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Configure and customize Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain Salesforce functionality using Apex .
Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
Perform Salesforce configuration, customization and troubleshooting.
Support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
Participate in solution design, technical analysis and implementation.
Support testing, defect resolution and production deployment activities.
Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, architects and business stakeholders.
Support ongoing enhancement and optimization of the Salesforce FSC workplace.
Participate in Salesforce platform upgrades and migration initiatives.
Support the organization's Hyperforce migration as required.
Document technical solutions, configurations and integration requirements.
Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
Robust knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
Hands-on development experience with Apex .
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, workflows/automation and security.
Ability to troubleshoot complex Salesforce technical issues.
Strong understanding of enterprise application environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Highly Preferred Experience migrating Salesforce Classic to Financial Services Cloud .




Experience with Salesforce platform modernization or upgrade initiatives.
Experience with Hyperforce migration.
Experience supporting Salesforce within banking, wealth management or investment management.
Experience with Salesforce APIs and enterprise integrations.
Experience with Salesforce testing / QA.
Salesforce certifications.
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a technical Salesforce consultant/developer hybrid who can operate across development, configuration, analysis and testing.
Candidates who have previously worked as a Salesforce BA, QA or consultant are welcome, provided they have a strong technical foundation and can independently configure and develop Salesforce solutions.
Experience with Financial Services Cloud is significantly more important than generic Salesforce experience.
