This position requires an organized and personable administrator capable of handling a variety of operational and clerical duties. You will complete report production, manage appointments, and assist with complex projects under general supervision. The role is pivotal for ensuring quality service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Complete clerical tasks, including report production and record management
• Assist with complex tasks and provide relief for team members




• Organize meetings and take minutes effectively
• Support quality improvement activities within the team

Requirements:
• Proven computer competency with advanced keyboard skills
• Experience in high-pressure health settings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer focus and exceptional service commitment
• National Police Check and Vaccination Category B
