Become a key player in civil construction projects as a Project Coordinator in Ontario. Support project production by ensuring timely coordination and maintaining quality standards while staying within budget.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to enhance our civil construction team. The right candidate will manage communications, ensure inventory of materials, and maintain accurate project logs. You will work closely with trade partners and assist in detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for a variety of civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare communications and documentation with subtrades
• Manage inventory orders for construction materials
• Maintain project logs and ensure timely follow-ups




• Process documentation for accurate distribution
• Support Site Supervisor with administrative tasks

Requirements:
• Experience in construction or civil engineering projects
• Robust skills in Office 365 programs
• Knowledge of safety regulations, including OHSA and WHMIS
• Leadership and multitasking abilities
• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle
