This full time role involves evaluating maintenance requests, conducting repairs, and assisting elders. As a key member of the housing maintenance team, you'll report directly to the Housing Maintenance Supervisor and ensure quality control in all services rendered. Candidates with a strong maintenance background or willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess maintenance requests for housing units
• Repair minor damages and perform regular maintenance
• Assist elders with housing maintenance needs
• Conduct safety meetings and maintain inventory
• Deliver goods and supervise summer students

Requirements:
• Experience in housing maintenance or related skills
• Strong time management abilities
• Grade 10 completion or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean abstract
• Willingness to take WHMIS and other relevant training
