This is a position for dynamic individuals with 3+ years of experience in employee benefits looking to break away from limitations at larger firms. You’ll work directly with decision-makers, managing your pipeline and delivering tailored group benefits solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and engage business owners and HR leaders
• Transform conversations into valuable client opportunities
• Design and present comprehensive group benefits solutions




• Manage onboarding and renewal relationships effectively
• Collaborate with carriers to successfully close deals

Requirements:
• 3+ years of employee benefits or group insurance experience
• Life & A&S; license in your home province
• CEBS or GBA designation is an asset
• Strong communication skills for complex benefits discussions
• Comfortable in a competitive, results-driven environment
