Join the Division of Student Affairs as a Neighbourhood Manager focused on crisis response and community development. Develop an empowering environment for students in a dynamic residence setting.

As part of the Residence Services team, the Neighbourhood Manager oversees a community of approximately 400-600 students, ensuring a positive living experience. You'll implement critical incident response protocols, manage student conduct, and foster leadership among staff. Collaborating closely with the Residence Life team, you will play a crucial role in shaping student support services and create a vibrant community through educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of a residence area
• Respond effectively to crises and emergencies




• Conduct student conduct processes and follow-ups
• Recruit and train resident student leaders
• Assist with summer programs and events

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 4 years of experience
• Tactful handling of confidential issues
• Robust leadership and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage shift-work schedules
• Familiarity with student development practices
