As a Field Engineer at WSP, you are central to integrating engineering and construction efforts while ensuring project excellence. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. Your contributions are vital to the success of a significant mining development in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate engineering and construction activities for project success
• Provide technical guidance by interpreting engineering documents
• Monitor field execution against approved standards and requirements
• Support installation of mechanical and civil components
• Resolve technical challenges to maintain project momentum
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Mechanical preferred
• 7+ years of field engineering experience in industrial projects
• Mining or mineral processing experience is a robust asset
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with Canadian construction practices and EPCM environments
