This role requires a qualified with five to ten years of experience in a first principle estimating environment. You will work on large multi-discipline projects, applying solid MS Office skills and using estimating tools. Your site experience will help ensure comprehensive and precise estimates based on established procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and execute the estimating scope of work
• Familiarize with estimate plans and schedules
• Deliver accurate estimates following standards and practices
• Calculate direct and indirect costs based on first principles
• Monitor and enhance estimating database regularly
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in first principle estimating
• Experience with large EPCM projects
• Strong MS Office proficiency
• Hands-on site experience with D.F.L and production rates
• Knowledge of EPC/LSTK estimating techniques preferred
