As a Project Manager in our Buildings Engineering Division, you will play a critical role in managing urban infrastructure projects. Your 8+ years of experience in building engineering will be essential as you prepare technical reports, manage project timelines, and participate in proposals to secure future work. You'll oversee technical projects while guiding a qualified team to meet high standards and achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and design buildings projects with technical expertise
• Oversee preparation of technical reports for deliverables




• Prepare engineering fee estimates for client proposals
• Monitor and report project status to stakeholders
• Apply Project Management principles to motivate teams

Requirements:
• Accredited Engineering degree; post-graduate degree is a plus
• Eligible for registration with APEGA as a Qualified Engineer
• 8+ years’ experience in building engineering
• Proven project management track record
• Excellent communication skills
