Join Canada Post as a Superintendent to lead fleet operations in Vancouver. Manage vehicle maintenance and ensure service quality across multiple facilities.

In this full-time role, Canada Post seeks a Superintendent who will implement preventative and corrective maintenance programs. You'll monitor KPIs, supervise staff, and uphold safety protocols while managing budgetary constraints in a dynamic setting. Your leadership will ensure the optimal performance of the fleet maintenance team and facilitate operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure standard practices
• Evaluate and train automotive maintenance staff for excellence
• Report on Key Performance Indicators and propose corrective measures




• Oversee safety practices and investigate compliance incidents
• Plan facility workload within time and budget constraints

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years’ team management experience in automotive settings
• Strong understanding of fleet vehicle regulations
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools
• Permanent driver’s license with a good driving history
