Responsibilities:
Provide engineering support to construction, maintenance, and operations teams for pipeline and facility systems.
Support design and operational work for high-pressure transmission, low-pressure distribution, compression, pressure control/measurement, and treatment facilities.
Develop/review key technical deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs;, isometrics, plot plans, control philosophies, hazard assessments, SOPs, construction plans, and safety documentation.
Contribute to and improve programs including Process Safety, Integrity Management, Risk Management, and Safety & Loss Management.
Support Management of Change (MOC) and asset risk identification, ranking, and mitigation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engineering deliverables meet operational needs and regulatory requirements.
Assist project delivery teams with scope/quality, technical deviations, RFIs, and handover to operations.

What you must have:
5+ years of pipeline/facilities design and project engineering experience (owner/operator or EPCM), including field exposure.
Experience with hydraulic modeling/system planning.
Background in pipeline design/construction and integrity activities (inspection programs, corrosion protection, ground disturbance, etc.).
Familiarity with applicable codes/standards and regulators (e.g., CSA Z662, BC regulations including BCER/Technical Safety BC, and related OH&S; requirements).
Engineering degree (Mechanical, Process, or Chemical preferred).
P.Eng. in BC or ability to transfer; EIT with strong relevant experience may be considered.
Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Salary/Rate Range:
$105,000–$120,000 per year (based experience)
