Compliance Administrator - Temporary (18-month contract) - Volkswagen of Newmarket, Newmarket, ON L3Y 9A1 Drive Your Career Forward with Pfaff Automotive We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our team at Volkswagen of Newmarket. This is a temporary 18-month contract position. Pfaff Automotive is part of North America's largest automotive retailer, Lithia and Driveway, and it's your chance to grow with us!
What You'll Do Manage vehicle contracts once initiated by Brand Ambassador/Specialists.
Process finance and lease deals through financial sources to secure approval.
Ensure that funding documents are completed and signed by customers, then sent to the relevant funding company for processing.
Confirm receipt of deposit for sold vehicles.
Enter warranty purchases to DMS (CDK).
Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
What You'll Bring 1+ years experience in a comparable role
Experience with licensing, CDK and One-Eighty
Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
Work flexible hours (evenings and weekends) based on retail hours of operation.
