We are always seeking skilled and adaptive people to become a part of KOA as we continue to grow and expand.About the RoleOur Vancouver Team is currently looking for an experienced Technician focused in Mechanical Engineering that will assist in developing a diverse portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will utilize their experience and expertise to provide solutions to a diverse clientele that includes multinational industry leaders. Your day to day will include:Prepare plans, drawings, models, specifications, quantity take-offs, and other technical documents using computer-aided design (CAD) softwareProcess preliminary design data to be used in various stages of design document preparationCollaborate with Engineers to complete design projects of with various levels of complexityUtilize existing CAD and Revit standards in the development of design documentsPerform field measurements for validation of existing or as-built conditionsRecommend upgrades and revisions to internal procedures and practicesCommunicate, collaborate,



and interact effectively with Krech Ojard staff, individuals from other organizations, and client representativesPerform other related functions as assignedAbout YouTechnical degree in Drafting or CAD Design, or two years of technical course work focused in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplineMinimum 2 years working with AutoDesk Revit or other CAD software in industries related to design and construction.
