At Pacific Coast Community Resources, we seek a Community Support Worker to join our vibrant team. This role focuses on fostering independence for supported individuals while ensuring their rights and choices are respected. You'll participate in Personal Service Plans and connect with families and community members to enhance the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for supported persons' rights and choices
• Empower clients to engage in their communities
• Develop and implement Personal Service Plans




• Establish relationships with families and professionals
• Assist with daily living activities and medication administration

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and Community Support Worker Diploma
• Minimum 2 years in community social services
• Current First Aid/CPR and Food Secure certifications
• Previous behavior management training
• Effective communication skills with diverse groups
