Siloam Mission in Winnipeg, MB is seeking an Overnight Emergency Shelter Support Staff to join a dedicated team. You will provide direct support to shelter residents during twelve-hour night shifts, focusing on safety, basic needs, and trauma-informed, culture-appropriate care.
Qualified candidates have a post-secondary diploma in social services or related experience, at least one year working with homeless populations, and knowledge of harm reduction and trauma-informed practices.
