At Family Services Windsor-Essex (FSWE), we're seeking skilled Affiliate Counsellors to join our clinical team. You will provide high-quality counselling and support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to diverse clients. This role emphasizes your therapeutic skills, allowing you to focus on client care while benefiting from administrative support and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide solution-focused counselling and EAP clinical support
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans




• Maintain accurate, confidential client records
• Adhere to clinical protocols and ethical standards

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology
• Registration with the OCSWSSW or CRPO in good standing
• Experience with individuals, couples, and families
• Strong interpersonal and therapeutic skills
• Bilingual in French or Arabic is a strong asset
