and shared resourcesEnsure timely and accurate access removal and device actionsEndpoint & Access SupportTroubleshoot Windows and macOS issues, including login, MFA, device compliance, and peripheralsSupport secure application packaging and deployment standards in Intune, including dependency handling, detection rules, and compliance alignment.Support Intune enrollment, device compliance, and standard security toolingAssist with office IT needs including conferencing, AV, and printingTicket Execution & DocumentationOwn support tickets from intake through resolution (L1–L2)Follow established runbooks and operational standardsMaintain clear, accurate documentation and ticket updatesProjects & Skill DevelopmentExecute IT projects under guidance from senior engineers and managementSupport SaaS rollouts, access reviews, and cleanup initiativesBuild toward ownership of defined operational areas over timeWhat You Bring :4–6 years of experience in IT support or systems administrationHands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administrationStrong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS environmentsFamiliarity with Intune or modern device management toolsExperience working in a ticket-based support environmentStrong attention to detail and comfort working within structured processesCompensation:This permanent, full time role offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 CAD, depending on your skills and experience.
