The Role: Building Systems Technician In this role, you will spend most of your time operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting building systems including HVAC, water treatment, and life safety equipment.

You will work closely with the Facilities team, external contractors, and mall management, and be responsible for delivering outcomes related to safety, compliance, and smooth facility operations.





This role balances technical system maintenance with general building and grounds work, providing clarity on expectations from day one.
