Job Description UX/UI Senior/Lead - AI Assisted Overview We are looking for a UX/UI Senior/Lead - AI Assisted to drive the design strategy and execution of digital products.

This role combines hands-on design work with team leadership , ensuring high-quality user experiences aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers.

Define and drive UX/UI strategy, standards, and best practices .

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Oversee the end-to-end design process (research, wireframes, prototypes, UI).

Ensure consistency through design systems and guidelines .

Advocate for user-centered design and usability improvements.

Review and provide feedback on design deliverables.





Required Qualifications Proven experience as a UX/UI Senior Designer with AI tools (Claude Design, Figma AI, etc) .

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design skills .

Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).

Solid understanding of user research, usability, and interaction design .

Experience leading UI/UX projects and/or mentoring design teams.

Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, including face-to-face direct communication with clients.

Nice to Have Experience working in agile environments.

Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS).

Experience with design systems at scale.
