Adecco is currently hiring a Director of Business Development for a full-time permanent opportunity in Brantford, ON.

This role is ideal for an accomplished business development leader with a strong track record of driving revenue growth, identifying recent market opportunities, and building strategic client and business partnerships.

In this position, you will lead business development strategies, manage the opportunity pipeline, establish revenue objectives, and develop long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape service offerings, negotiate strategic agreements, and expand the organization''s market presence.

Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.

Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities, markets, strategic partnerships, and prospective clients.

Build and maintain productive, long-term relationships with key clients, business partners, and stakeholders.

Lead market analysis and monitor customer requirements, competitor activity, and relevant industry trends.

Translate market intelligence into actionable growth strategies and business recommendations.

Manage the business development pipeline and advance opportunities through the complete sales cycle.

Develop compelling proposals, presentations, service recommendations, and value propositions.





Lead or support negotiations involving contracts, commercial terms, and strategic agreements.

Establish revenue targets and monitor business development performance against organizational objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine service offerings based on market demand and customer requirements.

Coordinate cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from initial concept through implementation.

Maintain accurate and current records of business opportunities, client activities, pipeline progress, and performance results.

Mentor and support team members involved in business development and organizational growth initiatives.

Represent the organization professionally at industry events, conferences, client meetings, and networking functions.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational accountability.

Requirements Must be eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Advanced degree is considered an asset.

Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, strategic partnerships, or a related commercial leadership function.





Proven ability to identify market opportunities, develop growth strategies, and execute complex business agreements.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and organizational growth targets.

Advanced client relationship management, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from concept through implementation.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Data-driven approach to business planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work full-time in an on-site environment in Brantford, ON.

Ability to travel for client meetings, industry events, and other business requirements as needed.
