This job allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your developing and conducting training programs and tools that will boost employee workplace performance in alignment with the organizations core values is a focus.
Your job Develop, design, implement and evaluate the customized operational support training products and topics including the development and maintenance of training materials.
Ensure the transfer of knowledge through effective reinforcement methods and follow up.
Through analysis determine performance gaps and related learning product requirements and make recommendations to Business Leads or Equipment Leadership Team.
Develop and update assessment tools to ensure training deliverables meet training needs Support Equipment Finance growth, project initiatives, and commitment to learning.
Inspire trust by being open, honest, and direct in communication, meeting commitments and behaving ethically in all dealings.
Contribute towards continuous improvement through identifying and realizing process efficiencies which will result in a reduction of risk and redundancies.
Contribute to employee engagement through delivery of recent employee onboarding and building ongoing internal relationships Your team Within the Equipment Finance sector, you are part of a team of 300+ colleagues across Canada, and you report to the AVP Centralized Services.

Basic requirements Hold a post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in Business management, education, training or other related field and three (3) years of experience in the equipment finance industry.
Experience with adult learning principles in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of equipment financing products, fundamental and ancillary services. 3-5 years experience training in hybrid workplace environment.
Experience in both instructor-led and virtual training is required.
