Our client is seeking a dedicated Property Accounting Manager to own the accounting function and drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, and month-end close
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Conduct budgeting and cash flow management activities




• Enhance accounting policies and internal controls
• Identify improvements for efficiency and accuracy in processes
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years in property accounting within real estate
• Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting and full-cycle accounting
• Demonstrated ability to implement new systems and processes
• Robust leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience mentoring accounting staff preferred
