This full time, seasonal role center on guiding staff and delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering a collaborative lodge atmosphere. Excelling in multitasking and prioritization is essential for this position as it encompasses various lodge operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing lodge daily operations and tasks
• Direct supervision and mentorship of staff members




• Communicate effectively with management and guests
• Handle inventory and scheduling duties
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and practices

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant work experience in hospitality
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
• Certifications in Food Safe and First Aid
• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
