Lead strategic finance initiatives as the Finance Manager at Heritage Park. Manage budgeting, analytics, and decision support in this full time, impactful role.

In this key position, you’ll report to the Director of Finance while collaborating with all budget-holding departments at Heritage Park. You will be responsible for guiding financial planning efforts, ensuring high-quality insights are available for operational decisions, and driving organizational sustainability through effective financial stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the annual budgeting process for all departments
• Deliver insightful quarterly reforecast reports
• Provide costing analysis for capital projects
• Develop self-service reporting tools for leaders




• Support the Financial Analyst’s development and leadership

Requirements:
• Educational background in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of FP&A; and business insight experience
• Advanced skills in BI/dashboard creation
• Effective interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
• Experience in labor costing analysis is advantageous
