This position requires a Certificate in relevant trades combined with experience in machine assembly and troubleshooting. You will work collaboratively within a project team, utilizing your technical skills to address engineering challenges and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and develop equipment per customer specifications
• Ensure quality control across all assembly tasks
• Provide input on engineering updates and drawings
• Facilitate installations at customer locations
• Lead and mentor Junior Assemblers while enhancing team capabilities
Requirements:
• Certificate of Qualification in General Machinist or related field
• 5+ years direct experience in equipment assembly
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Preferred licenses for Forklift and Overhead Crane
• Excellent judgment and conflict resolution skills
