You will initiate portfolio studies and evaluate both development and sales opportunities across diverse assets, including office spaces and land. Your expertise will guide the execution of due diligence, budgeting, and strategic planning to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate portfolio optimization studies and strategies
• Analyze and present new development or sales opportunities
• Coordinate comprehensive due diligence for transactions

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in real estate development
• Strong knowledge of asset monetization and market analysis
