The Prospect We are presently seeking a Project Manager to play a key role in driving projects forward, ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, service, suppliers, and leadership teams while helping deliver innovative industrial systems to market.
This role is on-site and reporting to the General Manager.
This is a newly created role driven by continued growth and expansion across our operations.
The final wage will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
What You’ll Be Responsible For Lead complex industrial equipment and product development projects from concept through commercialization
Build and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking plans
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across mechanical, electrical, controls, automation, and software teams
Support system integration, testing,



validation, commissioning, and deployment activities
Drive accountability and maintain momentum across cross-functional teams
Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and external technical partners to ensure execution alignment
Support manufacturing readiness, production planning, and operational launch activities
Assist with service procedures, technical documentation, and deployment support
Monitor field performance and help drive continuous improvement based on operational feedback
What You Bring Engineering background in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, manufacturing, or a related discipline
Experience leading complex industrial equipment, automation, or product development programs
Strong project management, organizational, and execution capability
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and competing priorities
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience working with suppliers, contractors, and technical partners
Comfortable operating in both technical and operational environments
Industrial automation or plastic processing systems
PLC/HMI and industrial controls environments
Product launch, commissioning, or field deployment support
Customer-facing technical project experience
