Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan care for post-surgical patients
• Facilitate multidisciplinary team cooperation for patient safety




• Mobilize and support patients based on their needs
• Direct care provided by licensed practical nurses and aides
• Engage in quality improvement projects within the unit

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Active or eligible CRNA registration
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Two years of surgical experience in trauma or neuro care
• Proficient in managing IV and PCA therapies
