At CGIC, you will be part of the Corporate Actuarial Advanced Analytics team, utilizing your actuarial expertise and data science skills. You will lead complex analyses and integrate creative solutions into recurring reserving processes. Your role includes developing methodologies while ensuring governance and documentation standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigations into reserve adequacy and claims experiences
• Evaluate and enhance reserving methodologies and reporting
• Collaborate with data scientists for predictive reserving solutions




• Apply actuarial judgement to analyses and communicate findings
• Improve workflows and assist with model-risk governance

Requirements:
• Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field
• Minimum five years of P&C; actuarial experience
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, R, or Python
• ACAS, FCAS, ACIA, or FCIA designation is an asset
• Experience with predictive models or ClaimCenter is a plus
