In this full time role, you will assist the Agribusiness Manager in driving strategic initiatives and managing financial performance. Successful candidates will blend 3-6 years of relevant retail experience with strong leadership capabilities. Your task includes ensuring customer satisfaction while implementing internal improvements and guiding team development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support financial results through strategic budget planning
• Execute promotional activities and ensure staff are trained
• Handle customer issues and escalate as necessary




• Complete required administrative tasks accurately
• Proactively identify areas for departmental improvement

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Agriculture or Agribusiness preferred
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Valid class 5 driver’s license needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to creatively resolve complex issues with stakeholders
