In this role, you will lead a talented squad of engineers with experience managing software development teams for over 6 years, ideally within a Canadian banking or fintech background. You will design, build, and deploy resilient applications while championing AI-driven solutions in banking workflows. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct code reviews and architectural oversight for your development team
• Develop modern applications using Angular, Node.js, and AWS Lambda
• Drive serverless patterns and event-driven architecture adoption




• Ensure solutions meet enterprise security and responsible AI frameworks
• Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to deliver AI features

Requirements:
• 6+ years software development and a minimum 2-3 years in a lead role
• Solid experience with AI and LLMs in web applications
• Expertise in Angular, TypeScript, and scalable microservices
• Extensive use of AWS tools and serverless practices
• Solid background in CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code
