Step into a vital role as a Trust Examination Officer with the Canada Revenue Agency in the Fraser Valley and Interior area. This position requires fieldwork across various locations, ensuring compliance in trust accounts.

In the SP-005 Trust Examination Officer role, you'll organize and examine taxpayer documentation, focusing on unreported income and taxable advantages. Responsibilities include fieldwork four days a week, with regular overnight trips for compliance assessments. You'll engage directly with taxpayers, enhancing the integrity of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and schedule examinations of taxpayer records
• Conduct field examinations at business locations
• Examine compliance with CRA legislation




• Drive to various appointments four days a week
• Complete at least 12 overnight travel days annually

Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent required
• 24 months of relevant experience in compliance
• Experience with trust accounts or revenue collections
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Valid driver's license for travel
