Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor financial performance and KPIs for multiple companies
• Guide investment decisions and resource allocation

• Lead M&A; integration and early planning phases
• Ensure compliance with financial and operational reporting

Requirements:
• Demonstrated success in a GM or CEO role
• Solid grasp of SaaS metrics and capital allocation
