Box Consulting Group is currently seeking a Service

Now Developer for a 12 month contract role with a client of ours located in Vancouver.

Responsibilities: Lead the design, development and implementation of Service

Now solutions across ITSM, IRM/GRC and CSM.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, administrators and project teams.

Design and build workflows, automations, integrations and custom applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex platform and integration issues.

Conduct code reviews and support testing, deployments and platform upgrades.

Ensure solutions align with Service

Now best practices, security requirements and enterprise standards.

Drive continuous improvement and share knowledge across the team.

Requirements: Service

Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.

One or more advanced Service

Now certifications preferred, such as: Certified Application Developer (CAD) CIS-ITSM CIS-CSM CIS-GRC/IRM Certified Technical Architect (CTA) pathway certifications. 5+ years of hands-on Service

Now development experience in an enterprise workplace.

Strong experience with Service

Now ITSM, IRM/GRC and CSM.

Experience leading the technical delivery of Service

Now projects and enhancements.

Advanced knowledge of Java

Script, Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, Flow Designer and integrations.

Experience designing scalable solutions and translating business requirements into designs.

Solid understanding of Service

Now security, data models, CMDB and platform governance.

Experience with platform upgrades, release management and testing practices.
