Your Main Responsibilities
- Guide customers in selecting the right products (doors and windows)
- Build trusting relationships and recommend solutions tailored to their projects
- Prepare quotes and ensure thorough follow-up on customer inquiries
- Visit customers at home to assess their needs and take measurements
- Negotiate and close sales professionally
- Provide complete follow-up through installation to ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience and robust negotiation skills
- Knowledge of doors and windows or a related industry is an asset
- Knowledge of permits and renovation requirements in the Montreal area
- Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
- Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently
- Availability to work Saturdays during peak season on a rotating schedule
- Fluency in French and a good command of English to serve English-speaking customers is an asset
