Reporting to the Mill Manager the successful candidate will work a 14 & 14 rotation and be responsible for oversees the crushing,



milling and site services support teams and providing support to the crushing and milling teams. Works in an authentic and collaborative manner interdepartmentally with mining, maintenance, HR, Safety, Environmental amongst others fostering an atmosphere of cooperation to optimize overall site performance.
