Extendicare Canada is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide planned, patient-oriented nursing care in a senior’s setting across Canada. You will work with the interprofessional team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care and coordinate with physicians, families, and unregulated staff.
You will administer medications, supervise care, and participate in care conferences, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. A VPS and Basic Life Support are required.
