As the Experiential Learning Advisor reporting to the Associate Director, you will collaborate closely with faculty to promote effective student engagement and teamwork. Your focus will be on delivering training workshops and activities that enhance leadership abilities and facilitate personal growth among students in diverse environments. Your commitment to fostering inclusive experiences will help in shaping socially conscious leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective teamwork training and apply experiential learning
• Coach students in personal and academic development




• Collaborate in creating a School-wide teamwork framework
• Facilitate classroom and off-campus experiential activities
• Inspire students to embrace lifelong learning

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant educational or coaching experience
• Preferred experience in a post-secondary setting
• Proven expertise in facilitating learning and coaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility for varied working hours, including evenings
