Become the first line of support for Indigenous families as the Intake Coordinator for the Big Worries Solid Spirit program. Engage with parents to assess program eligibility and connect them to vital resources.

As an integral part of the team, you will work alongside the program’s Clinician to facilitate the intake process for families, ensuring that they receive the culturally informed support they need. Your role will also involve data entry and reporting, helping to shape the program's adaptive strategies and responsiveness to family feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to determine eligibility for support
• Assign appropriate coaches to families based on needs
• Ensure timely communication with referral agents




• Gather and input data related to family feedback
• Participate in team discussions for ongoing program enhancement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in child and youth care or related fields
• Around 3 years of experience working with Indigenous communities
• Understanding of Indigenous cultural dynamics
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and virtual service delivery
